• Style Snapshot – We'll request a few photos or schedule a virtual/in-person walk-through so we can better understand your layout and style preferences.

• Follow-Up Meeting

After taking in all the details, we come back with a first pass at your design direction. We’ll walk you through a sample concept, talk budget, set goals, and start plotting how to bring it all to life. This is where the vision begins to take shape.

• First Draft Mood Board – We present a curated board of colors, textures, vintage finds, and design inspiration to begin the collaboration.

• Event/Design Timeline – We’ll draft a simple timeline and budget guide, giving you a clear path forward without the overwhelm.

Ongoing Collaboration

Once we’re aligned on direction, we keep things flowing smoothly with regular updates. You’ll be part of every meaningful decision—without having to manage a thing.

• Email Check-Ins – We send timely updates featuring new finds, proposed pieces, or quick clarifying questions to keep everything in sync.

• Final Walkthrough – Before styling begins, we’ll review the plan together to make sure every detail still feels right and ready.

Deployment

This is when everything comes together. We show up with a full plan in hand and an eye for execution, styling your space with care, confidence, and that Pearled Goat spark.

• Installation or Styling Day – We arrive prepared to implement the design, placing each piece with intention and adjusting on the fly as needed.

• Touch-Up and Leave Behind – We finish with a polish, make sure everything’s just so, and leave your space feeling refreshed, complete, and unmistakably yours.
